estate service providers. HomeYeah does not provide our strategic partners
with HomeYeah customer lists. This web site contains links to other

SELLER'S AREA - ORDER FORMS
Our site uses order forms for customers to request information,
products, and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like
their email address), unique identifiers, financial information (like
their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information
(home address, telephone number), and home information (number of
bedrooms, square feet). Contact information from the order form is
used to send orders and information about our company to our
customers. A visitor's contact information is also used to get in
touch with the visitor when necessary (i.e to confirm status of
listing, to change information regarding listing, to notify visitor of
buyers interested in listing). Users may opt-out of receiving future
mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial information
that is collected is used to check the users' qualifications and bill
the user for products and services. HomeYeah will create an electronic
receipt confirming your order for you to print. If your order requires
HomeYeah to provide a specific service, a HomeYeah representative will contact

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

your information online can be obtained only by matching your

Transaction Services - HomeYeah collects information and uses it to consult directly with sellers in the selling of their home. (information may include name, address, and telephone number). Information is not provided or sold to third parties.
Mortgage - HomeYeah collects information for the purpose of determining the lending status of a customer. HomeYeah will consult with specific lending institutions on behalf of the customer. However, the information is not sold to third parties. (Information may include income, social security number, job history, and credit information).
BuyerWATCH. - HomeYeah collects information for the purpose of notifying customer of new home listings on our site. The information is not sold or provided to third parties. (Information may include name and e-mail address).
My HomeYeah - HomeYeah collects information for the purpose of assisting the buyer in the management of his or her home purchase. The information is not sold or provided to third parties. (Information may include name, address, and telephone number).
