For Home Buyers - Rebate Program

Our rebate program is available only to buyers that purchase new construction or existing homes that offer a buyer's agent commission or referral fee and who close escrow/proceed to final settlement with HomeYeah acting as the sole and exclusive agent in the purchase of real estate. The amount of cooperating broker commission or fee received will vary on individual properties so the actual rebate may be less than 1% of the final sales price. This rebate program is only available where permitted under state and federal law and when not otherwise prohibited by the buyer's lender(s). There may be tax consequences to the rebate. If you need legal or tax advice, you should consult with the appropriate professional. Offer subject to conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications, and/or discontinuation without notice.

For Home Sellers

HomeYeah charges fixed fees for listing homes the may vary based on the local area. HomeYeah's affiliates, subsidiaries, and franchisees have sole discretion to set fees for their area of operation. All offers are subject to modification or discontinuation without notice.

HomeYeah does not charge commissions to its listing customers. However, sellers that choose to list on the Multiple Listing Service in their local area, at the time of the listing, may be required to agree to pay a buyer's agent commission to any agent (including any HomeYeah agent) that presents a buyer to the seller that purchases the home under terms agreeable by the Seller.

"Additional Equity", "Your Savings", and "Savings" are terms used to reflect an estimate of savings by listing with HomeYeah, it subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensees. Examples are based on a total 6% commission, charged by a "Traditional Agent", compared to set fees charged by HomeYeah. The total 6% commission is an estimate for purposes of comparing traditional real estate agents to HomeYeah's services. The actual final sales fees may vary based on individual brokerage practices, local custom and market conditions.

"Closing Costs" will vary by area, local custom and each individual transaction.

The following business relationships do not have to be disclosed under federal law; however, HomeYeah has decided to do so.

HomeYeah Mortgage, LLC ("MC") is a limited liability company engaged in the mortgage brokerage-banking business. MC is an affiliated company of HomeYeah. Nothing on this website shall be considered to be a solicitation to do business or any activity requiring a mortgage brokerage license in any state in which MC is not licensed as a mortgage broker

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO USE HYM AS A CONDITION FOR SALE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER MORTGAGE AND SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES. HOWEVER, WE BELIEVE THAT FEES CHARGED BY EPM AND TNS COMPARE FAVORABLY WITH THE MARKET RATE FOR THESE SERVICES. IN ADDITION, WE BELIEVE THAT TNS AND EPM CAN OUTPERFORM THEIR COMPETITORS IN THE AREAS OF EFFICIENCY, ACCURACY AND PERSONAL SERVICE
